Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we please ask that you give us a 12 hour notice via phone call or email. Since therapists are Independent Contractors and work by appointment, they do not receive compensation if the appointment is missed. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, your therapist may require a cancellation fee. We send out confirmation email/texts two days prior to your scheduled appointment. If you realize that your scheduled appointment has conflicted with other plans, please give us a call to reschedule you.If no call or text to reschedule or cancel the appointment , no refunds.
